Each submission requires a parent or guardian signature and must be uploaded through the online submission form with a clear scan or photograph of the completed artwork.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prizes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winners will receive gift certificates from Boulevard Trophy, Nevada Natural History Museum, Flip N Out Extreme, and additional local sponsors.
