Hotel guests aged 21 and over will be able to view the fireworks from an exclusive viewing party on the Plaza&#8217;s rooftop pool deck. Updates will be available on the Plaza&#8217;s social media channels, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PlazaLasVegas\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/plazalasvegas\/\">Instagram<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/plazalasvegas\">Twitter<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both nights, Carousel Bar and the rooftop pool will feature special summertime cocktails. The rooftop pool party for hotel guests will feature the Frozen Firecracker, a special red, white, and blue cocktail made with strawberry daiquiri, pina colada, and blue lemonade spiked with Don Q Rum. At Carousel Bar, the specialty cocktail will be the Watermelon Agua Fresca made with Mi Campo tequila, J\u00e4germeister, rose aperitivo, watermelon juice, chamoy, and aloe leaves as a garnish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>About the Plaza Hotel &amp; Casino<\/strong><br>Located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, the Plaza Hotel &amp; Casino combines a vintage Rat Pack attitude with modern styling and personal customer service for the ultimate Vegas experience.
